Our trunk mounted fuel filler system is designed to put an end to awkward, messy and time consuming gas station visits (restroom jokes aside) and is a “direct fit” (no drilling or cutting) installation. the assembly is made from CNC machined 6061 aluminum billet, mandrel bent and TIG welded 6061 tubing, cast 356a aluminum spill pan, .090 steel plate and reinforced fuel safe rubber hose. fastened with stainless metric hardware. comes complete with new OE BMW fuel cap, stainless hose clamps and brass barbed fitting/vent hose to connect late model OE evap. tank, or vent to atmosphere, outside trunk. YOU MUST install vent line to avoid spliiage and fumes.
